The Fine Print & Legalese: PLEASE READ!
By purchasing a ticket to the 2016 Witches & Warlocks & Ghouls…Oh My!!!, you (which means you and all persons in your group for whom you have purchased tickets) understand and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
REFUND POLICY: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. This is a rain-or-shine event and no refunds or credits will be issued. Transfers are permissible until three weeks prior to the event date at which time the guest list will be finalized and no changes will be made.
ATTIRE: "Witches & Warlocks & Ghouls…Oh My!!!" is a creative black tie, formal dress, masquerade/costume event (preferred). To allow for elaborate theme-based costuming, knee length dresses are permitted, otherwise, dresses must be floor length (preferred). Those who chose not to dress in costume or creative black tie are expected to dress in formal attire (preferred). The dress code will be ENFORCED (preferred). Guests wearing inappropriate attire might not be permitted to enter and no refund will be given.
ENTRY 21+ ONLY: Ticket holders must be 21+ with a valid Government-issued ID that will be verified by us during check-in, no exceptions. If you are not at least 21 years old, you will not be admitted, and no refund will be given.
COSTUME CONTEST: There will be 3 categories for the contest. These categories are: MOST ORIGINAL, SCARIEST, and BEST REPRESENTATION OF A HALLOWEEN ICON (ex. Elvira, Frankenstein’s Monster)
RAFFLE TICKETS: Will be CASH ONLY, the evening of the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY: You may be photographed or filmed/recorded, either by other attendees or by Naberius Unleashed, LLC or any of our designated affiliates. All images and video/audio captured by Naberius Unleashed, LLC or designated affiliates may be used in perpetuity for promotional or other purposes.
E-MAILS: ALL official communications from us, including ticket confirmations, are 100% via email. Please set your spam filters to allow our emails to reach you. If your email changes, please notify us at [email protected] so that we can update our records.
NAME ON E-TICKETS: must match your government-issued ID, and this will be verified during Check-In. We do not release our guest list to anyone - it is 100% confidential - so please do not use magical, pen, or screen names when you register.
E-TICKETS CONFIRMATION: As soon as you purchased your ticket(s), please check your email for the confirmation and SAVE THE CONFIRMATION so that you can find it in October! If it has gone to spam, PLEASE move it to your regular inbox and mark it as "Not Spam" so that all of our emails can reach you! We don't want you to miss a thing!
